Uploads are deleted 2 days after they land. Results are deleted 7 days after they are written. Job details are cleared after 90 days. Deletion is automatic. Billing records are kept for 7 years because tax law requires it.

2. How deletion works
Deletion is automatic. A scheduled process deletes uploads and results from storage once they pass their age. Files belonging to a job that is still running are kept until it finishes. After 90 days, the detailed settings, error messages and processing records of a finished job are cleared. The basic record of the job, its file references, status, timings and cost, is kept with the billing records, because it supports the credit ledger.
Database backups contain account, job and billing records, never footage or results. Data deleted from the live database can remain in backups until those backups age out, up to 6 months.
Deleted footage and results cannot be recovered, by you or by us. Download or place your results in Premiere before they are deleted.
3. Deleting your account
Email [email protected] from your account address to ask us to delete your account. We delete your account data within 30 days, except billing and ledger records we must keep for 7 years under tax law, and data in backups until those backups age out.
4. Deleting files sooner
To have a specific upload or result deleted before its scheduled time, email [email protected] from your account address with the job or file name, and we will delete it.
5. Never used for training
Whatever the retention period, your footage and results are never used to train, fine-tune, evaluate or otherwise improve any AI model. See our Privacy Policy.
